Organizational behaviour is the study of people at work in organizations. It is the study of human behaviour in organizational settings, the interface between human behaviour and the organization, and the organization itself. It is the observation of individual and/or group Behavior in response to the other individuals or group as a whole. It studies Behavior of people or group to know their attitude towards particular circumstances. It is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals groups and structure have on behaviour within organisations for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness. Behavioural Sciences provide means for understanding interpersonal behaviour in the organisations. In organisations, two person relationships is inevitable.
