management or HRM is the term used to describe formal systems devised for the
management of people within an organization. It is defined as a strategic and
coherent approach to the management of an organization’s most valued assets-
the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the

philosophical underpinning. It deals with issues related to employees such as
